Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at the Covina Woman’s Club. Our beautiful indoor venue features the elegant Chandelier Room, which accommodates up to 200 guests for banquet-style seating or 300 guests in auditorium-style seating. In addition, each outdoor patio can comfortably host up to 100 guests.

Event Time

Standard rentals include five (5) hours of event time plus four (4) hours for decorating and setup. All events must conclude by 11:30 p.m. Additional event or setup time may be available for an additional fee. If you have not already done so, please review our website calendar to confirm the availability of your preferred date.

Security

For events where alcohol is served, security is required to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for you and your guests. Security staff assist with greeting and screening guests and monitoring the property throughout the event. The Covina Woman’s Club will arrange one security guard for events with up to 100 guests; events exceeding 100 guests require a second guard. Security costs are included in your rental rate.

Event Insurance

While we expect your event to be memorable for all the right reasons, special event insurance is required in case of unforeseen circumstances. This insurance helps cover potential property damage or injuries related to your event. The typical cost is approximately $120 per event for $1,000,000 in liability coverage.
