Rental Rates
Thank you for showing an interest in renting the Covina Woman's Club as a venue. Our beautiful indoor venue includes the main Chandelier Room which seats 200 banquet style and 500 people auditorium style. Each patio can accommodate up to 100 people.
Event Time/Date:
Standard event time is 5 hours plus 4 hours of decorating time, events must end by 11:30 pm. A separate fee is offered for additional event and set-up time. If you have not already done so, view our website calendar to ensure your preferred date is available.
Security Guards:
If alcohol is being served at your event, security is required to ensure you and your guest have an enjoyable and safe event. Security is often tasked with greeting and screening guests, patrolling the grounds. CWC will arrange for a security guard for up to 120 guests, a 2nd security guard is required for more than 120 guests. The cost of security will be included in your rental rates.
Event Insurance:
Although we expect your event will be picture perfect, sometimes the unexpected happens. Special event insurance is required to help cover costs if you're found responsible for property damage or an injury caused during your event. The cost is typically $120 per event for $1,000,000 worth of liability insurance. You can obtain insurance through Eventsured: https://www.eventsured.com/partnership/covina-womans-club/.
Catering:
Don’t have a caterer already and need a recommendation? Below is a list of caterers who already have the necessary documentation required by the State and are pre-approved by the club.

Want to use your own caterer? No problem. The caterer you select will need to be cleared by the Covina Woman’s Club before the venue is officially booked, to include meeting California’s Health and Safety Code and having adequate insurance for the event.
Can I bring home cooked food? Unfortunately, home-prepared food is not allowed.
