This dynamic, hands-on class teaches participants how to recognize danger early, set strong boundaries, and use effective physical defense techniques to avoid, resist, and escape harmful situations.

Participants learn: Situational awareness & personal safety strategies; confidence-building communication skills; simple, proven self-defense techniques; how to react under pressure and stay in control; trauma-informed tools for prevention and empowerment; this training is appropriate for all fitness levels and requires no prior experience. A liability waiver is required for all participants. Join us for a powerful, supportive, and potentially life-saving experience that strengthens both body and confidence.
