Note: Submitting an application does not guarantee a space, as spots are limited, preference will be given to vendors who have participated in Covina Woman's Club events in the past. As we aim to offer a wide variety of unique craft items, we will limit the number of vendors selling similar products such as jewelry, soaps, clothing, and other common categories.

Application Deadline:🗓️ September 30, 2025, unless spaces are filled early.

 

Vendor Space Details:

​

Indoor / Covered Patio Spaces: Approx. 6' x 6' – includes one table and two chairs ($40 each)

Outdoor Spaces: 10' x 10' – vendors must provide their own tent and setup ($40 each)

Vendor Requirements:

 

• Approved vendors must sign both a Covina Woman's Club and City of Covina waiver

• Space fees must be received before space is assigned to vendor

• Each vendor must donate a raffle prize valued at $20 at least two weeks in advance of the event
